Double-stranded threads that are twisted around the cannula to create greater volume. After the thread is inserted under the skin and the cannula is pulled out, the thread expands and fills out under the skin. The thread is used to create volume and is recommended, for example, in nasolabial folds instead of filler.

The thread comes ready-made in a sharp needle. Just like mono threads, screw is also tissue stimulating, boosts collagen and rejuvenates the skin.

Combination treatment is recommended with lifting Cog threads for best results.
